How do I make a reservation?

You can book online through our website, call us at +1-345-938-8350, or email info@europcarcaymanislands.com. Online bookings receive instant confirmation.

What documents do I need to rent a car?

You need a valid driver's license (held for at least 1 year), a credit card in the driver's name, and a valid passport or government-issued ID.

Can I modify my reservation?

Yes, reservations can be modified up to 24 hours before pickup at no charge. Contact us by phone or email to make changes.

What is the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. After the deadline, a $75 fee or percentage of the rental cost applies.

Vehicle & Pickup

Do you offer airport pickup?

Yes, we are located at Owen Roberts International Airport (GCM). Airport pickup and drop-off available 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily.

What is the fuel policy?

Full-to-full policy. Vehicles are provided with a full tank and must be returned full. A refueling fee of CI $15 per gallon applies otherwise.

Insurance & Protection

What insurance options are available?

We offer Full Coverage Standard LDW, Basic Coverage Limited LDW, and the option to decline LDW with qualifying credit card insurance. Additional Roadside Assistance and Tire & Windshield coverage available.

What is the minimum age to rent?

Minimum age varies by vehicle category. Economy vehicles available to drivers 21+. Larger vehicles may require 25+. Young driver surcharges may apply.
